Yates on Yates

Yates on Yates is a new multifamily condo project in Victoria, BC by Chard Development. Proscenium was engaged to provide interior design of all suites, lobbies, common corridors and amenity spaces for the high-rise between Blanshard and Quadra streets.

The intent was to create an approachable yet modern design that, like the site’s location, connects old and new Victoria. Proscenium used the lifestyle in Victoria as inspiration to inform our design choices. Units are very open, with optimized plans that maximize exposure to natural light. Artwork from local artists are placed around the building in the common areas.

The contemporary design is minimal and sophisticated. A selection of natural Scandinavian-inspired finishes feature wood as a central element. Units provide users with options for a darker or lighter colour scheme, each curated to create a mature yet timeless look.
